International barrister and mindfulness teacher Gillian Higgins is hosting free, 30-min mindfulness sessions via Zoom every Tuesday evening from 8-8.30pm. These sessions are open to all, especially beginners and those who would like to find out more about mindfulness.
Each week, Gillian tackles a new subject area. From cultivating the ability to pay attention, to taming the inner critical voice, to growing self-compassion, mindfulness can play a role. This week, she will be looking at resilience.
