9BR Team Attends Historic Event in the Republic of South Sudan

A team from 9BR Chambers, led by Steven Kay QC with Sarah Bafadhel from 9BR Chambers and Ruby Sandhu, were honoured to be invited to a historic event held in the Republic of South Sudan to celebrate the “Graduation of the First Batch of the Necessary Forces of the Republic of South Sudan”. The ceremony, held on 30 August 2022, marked a significant milestone in the implementation of the 2018 Revitalised Agreement on the Resolution of the Conflict in the Republic of South Sudan. Dignitaries from across the international community attended the momentous occasion and praised South Sudan for its political will and commitment to the development of peace and stability across the nation.
